Anxiety treatment starts with examining the current situations that are the most distressing for you. We will discuss what fears or concerns might be influencing your nervous system and producing a nervous system response. We will build mindfulness and distress tolerance skills to manage the physical sensations that are impacting you, and address underlying beliefs and values that are impacting worry and doubt.
